ظهور الخدمة أو إمكانية التسجيل أو الدفع من دولة لا يمثل وعداً باستمرار الدعم أو حقاً دائماً في نموذج أو ميزة. «مدعومة» تعني أننا لا نحظر الاستخدام عادةً في ذلك الوقت، مع بقاء القانون وشروط المزود والمخاطر والتكلفة.
قوانين كندا والولايات المتحدة
قد تعتمد نصيح على تقنيات أو نماذج أو سحابة أمريكية أو كندية، فتخضع الخدمة أو مكوناتها لضوابط تصدير وعقوبات وحظر وإعادة تصدير في كندا والولايات المتحدة واختصاصات أخرى. يجب ألا تستخدم أو تنقل الخدمة بما يخالفها.
الأشخاص والجهات المحظورة
لا يجوز الوصول أو الاستخدام من شخص أو كيان أو لصالح شخص أو كيان مدرج في قائمة عقوبات أو حظر منطبقة، أو مملوك أو مسيطر عليه من طرف محظور، أو لغرض عسكري أو استخباراتي أو نهائي محظور. يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة عند التحقق.
حجب الحكومات أو المزودين
قد تأمر حكومة أو جهة تنظيمية أو محكمة، أو يقرر مزود نموذج أو سحابة أو متجر تطبيقات، وقف أو تقييد بلد أو مؤسسة أو حساب أو فئة استخدام. قد نضطر للتنفيذ فوراً، حتى إذا كان القرار مفاجئاً أو خارج كندا أو لا نتفق معه. لا نملك سلطة إلزام مزود أمريكي أو غيره بإعادة الوصول.
التغيير دون مهلة
يجوز إضافة أو إزالة منطقة أو نموذج أو ميزة فوراً إذا ظهر خطر قانوني أو أمني أو على المزود أو السمعة أو الاقتصاد. قد لا يكون الإشعار المسبق ممكناً، ولا نضمن فترة انتقال أو تصدير أو بديلاً أو توافقاً أو وصولاً للبيانات أثناء الحجب.
لا استرداد بسبب الحجب
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يؤدي الحجب أو العقوبة أو قيد التصدير أو قرار الحكومة أو المزود أو توقف نموذج إلى استرداد أو رصيد أو تمديد أو تعويض، ولو بقي جزء من مدة مدفوعة. يطبق فقط الحد الأدنى الإلزامي في القانون أو قاعدة المتجر أو اتفاق موقع.
التحقق والتدابير
يجوز طلب بلد أو عنوان أو هوية أو مالك مستفيد أو غرض أو معلومات عن المستخدم النهائي، ومقارنة الإشارات الفنية، ورفض وسيلة إخفاء الموقع. يجوز تجميد الحساب أثناء الفحص والاحتفاظ بسجل الامتثال والإبلاغ حيث يفرض القانون.
مسؤولية المستخدم
أنت مسؤول عن تحديد القوانين المطبقة على موقعك وجنسيتك ومؤسستك وبياناتك والغرض والمستخدم النهائي، والحصول على ترخيص أو موافقة لازمة. لا تمثل إتاحة الخدمة رأياً بأن الاستخدام قانوني، ولا نقدم استشارة تصدير أو عقوبات.
المناطق المتاحة
تغطية المحتوى القانوني والإتاحة التشغيلية أمران مختلفان. يغطي المحتوى القانوني اليوم ستة اختصاصات: السعودية، ومصر، وقطر (ومعها محكمة قطر الدولية ومركز تسوية المنازعات)، وعُمان، والسودان، وليبيا؛ وتفصيل مصادر كل اختصاص منشور على naseeh.io/law. أما الإتاحة التشغيلية فلا ننشر في هذه الوثيقة وعداً بقائمة ثابتة لها: تحددها واجهة التسجيل والمتجر والمزودون وقت الطلب، وقد تختلف الميزة داخل الدولة، وقد تتغير التغطية إضافةً أو حذفاً دون إشعار مسبق. تواصل مع support@naseeh.io قبل اعتماد الخدمة في عملية حرجة أو شراء طويل الأجل.
الإبلاغ والتواصل
أبلغ legal@naseeh.io إذا اعتقدت أن حساباً أو معاملة أو استخداماً يخالف قيوداً تجارية، واذكر الحد الأدنى اللازم. لا تحاول تجاوز الحجب بوسيط أو حساب آخر أو شبكة افتراضية؛ فقد يؤدي ذلك إلى الإنهاء وحفظ الأدلة.

Not a Guarantee
Service visibility, signup, or payment from a country is not a promise of continued support or a permanent right to a model or feature. “Supported” means we do not ordinarily block use at that time, subject to law, provider terms, risk, and cost.
Canadian and U.S. Laws
Naseeh may depend on U.S. or Canadian technology, models, or cloud services, so the service or components may be subject to export controls, sanctions, embargoes, and re-export rules of Canada, the United States, and other jurisdictions. You must not use or transfer the service contrary to them.
Restricted Persons and Entities
Access or use by, for, or on behalf of a person or entity on an applicable sanctions or restricted list, owned or controlled by a restricted party, or for a prohibited military, intelligence, or end use is forbidden. Accurate verification information must be provided.
Government or Provider Blocking
A government, regulator, court, AI-model, cloud, or app-store provider may order or decide to stop or restrict a country, organization, account, or use category. We may have to comply immediately even if the decision is sudden, foreign, or one we disagree with. We cannot compel a U.S. or other provider to restore access.
Change Without Lead Time
A region, model, or feature may be added or removed immediately if legal, security, provider, reputation, or economic risk arises. Advance notice may be impossible. We do not guarantee transition time, export, substitute, compatibility, or data access during a block.
No Refund for Blocking
To the fullest extent permitted by law, blocking, sanctions, export restrictions, government or provider decisions, or model loss create no refund, credit, extension, or compensation, even if a paid term remains. Only the minimum mandated by law, app-store rules, or a signed agreement applies.
Verification and Measures
We may request country, address, identity, beneficial owner, purpose, or end-user information; compare technical signals; and reject location-masking methods. We may freeze an account during review, retain compliance records, and report where law requires.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for laws applicable to location, nationality, organization, data, purpose, and end user and for obtaining needed licenses or approvals. Service availability is not an opinion that use is lawful, and we provide no export or sanctions advice.
Currently Available Regions
Legal-content coverage and operational availability are two different things. Legal content today covers six jurisdictions: Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar (including the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre), Oman, Sudan, and Libya; the indexed sources for each are published at naseeh.io/law. Operational availability is a separate matter and this document promises no fixed list for it: signup, app-store, and provider controls determine it at the time of request, features may differ within a country, and coverage may change by addition or removal without prior notice. Contact support@naseeh.io before relying on the service for a critical process or long-term purchase.
Reporting and Contact
Contact legal@naseeh.io if you believe an account, transaction, or use violates trade restrictions, providing only what is needed. Do not evade a block through an intermediary, another account, or VPN; doing so may lead to termination and evidence preservation.
