نموذج الحساب والتفويض
تستخدم Naseeh تفويض حساب المدير الخاص بها ونطاق Google Ads API اللازم لتقديم الخدمة. لا يربط العميل حساب Google Ads ولا يشارك كلمة مرور أو رمز OAuth معنا. بعد قبول المعلن، ننشئ حساباً إعلانياً منفصلاً واحداً لكل معلن مقبول ضمن حساب المدير لدينا، ولا نشارك الحساب بين المعلنين.
بيانات Google Ads التي نصل إليها
قد نعالج معرّف حساب المعلن واسمه وحالته وعملته ومنطقته الزمنية، وبيانات الحملات والميزانيات والمجموعات الإعلانية والإعلانات والمواد والإعدادات وحالة السياسات، وبيانات التقارير مثل التكلفة والنقرات ومرات الظهور. كما نعالج بيانات المنشأة والموقع والسوق والموافقة اللازمة لإنشاء الحساب وإدارته بصورة صحيحة.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
نستخدم البيانات لفحص طلب الخدمة، وإنشاء حساب المعلن المنفصل، وإعداد الحملة الأولية بحالة متوقفة للمراجعة، والتحقق من مكوناتها وإنشائها، وتفعيل الخطة المعتمدة بعملية منفصلة، وقراءة حالة Google، وإعداد تقارير التكلفة والنقرات ومرات الظهور. الخدمة في مرحلة ما قبل الإطلاق، ويجب تنفيذ الإيقاف لدى المزود والتحقق منه قبل أول تشغيل إنتاجي.
الاستخدام المحدود لبيانات Google
يلتزم استخدام نصيح ونقله إلى أي تطبيق آخر للمعلومات الواردة من واجهات Google بسياسة بيانات مستخدم خدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود.
لا بيع ولا استهداف ولا تدريب عام
لا نبيع بيانات Google Ads. ولا نستخدمها أو ننقلها لبناء جماهير أو إعادة استهداف أشخاص أو عرض إعلانات لصالح نصيح أو طرف ثالث غير المعلن الذي تخصه الحملة. ولا نستخدم بيانات Google API لتدريب نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي أو تعلم آلي عام أو غير مخصص للمستخدم.
التخزين والأمان
نخزن بيانات الحساب والحملة والتقرير والفاتورة وسجلات الطلب والموافقة والتدقيق اللازمة للخدمة. نحمي بيانات تفويض حساب المدير ورموزه بالتشفير وخدمات إدارة المفاتيح وضوابط الوصول، ونستخدم رموز وصول قصيرة العمر لاستدعاءات API، ولا نعرض بيانات اعتماد Google أو الرموز في واجهات المتصفح.
المشاركة والوصول البشري
نشارك الحد اللازم مع Google لتنفيذ الخدمة، ومع مزودي الاستضافة والتخزين والأمان الضروريين، ومع مسؤولي منشأة المعلن المخولين. يمكن لموظفي وكالة Naseeh المخولين الوصول إلى بيانات Google Ads بالقدر اللازم لمراجعة الحملات وإدارتها وإعداد التقارير والدعم والأمان والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية. نقيّد الوصول بحسب الدور ونسجله.
الاحتفاظ وإيقاف الخدمة
نحتفظ بالبيانات أثناء تقديم الخدمة وبالقدر اللازم للفوترة والتقارير والأمان والتدقيق والالتزامات القانونية وحل النزاع. عند طلب إنهاء الخدمة نسجل الطلب ونتعامل مع الحساب وفق إجراء موثّق ومتطلبات Google والقانون. لن يبدأ التشغيل الإنتاجي قبل تنفيذ إجراء الإيقاف وإنهاء الخدمة والتحقق منه. قد تبقى سجلات الفواتير والموافقة والتدقيق للمدد القانونية اللازمة.
اختياراتك والتواصل
يمكنك عدم طلب الخدمة، أو تقديم طلب إيقاف أو إنهاء الخدمة، أو طلب معرّف حساب Google Ads، أو طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف حيث ينطبق القانون. لن يبدأ التشغيل الإنتاجي قبل تنفيذ إجراء الإيقاف لدى المزود والتحقق منه. أرسل أسئلة الخصوصية أو طلبات الحقوق إلى privacy@naseeh.io، ولا ترسل كلمات مرور أو بيانات اعتماد.
Naseeh Google Ads Data Privacy Notice
A product-specific notice explaining how data is handled when an advertiser uses Naseeh's managed Google Ads service, including use, protection, retention, and choices. Effective August 11, 2026. Version 2026-08-11.1.
Scope and Controller
10881252 Canada Corporation of Toronto, Ontario, Canada is responsible for this processing. This notice supplements the general Naseeh Privacy Policy and applies when a business requests or uses the managed Google Ads service. The service is separate from basic sign-in and from the Legal AI product.
Account and Authorization Model
Naseeh uses its own manager-account authorization and the Google Ads API scope required to provide the service. A customer does not connect a Google Ads account or share a Google password or OAuth token with us. After acceptance, we create one separate advertising account for each accepted advertiser under our manager account; advertiser accounts are not shared.
Google Ads Data We Access
We may process the advertiser customer ID, name, status, currency, and time zone; campaign, budget, ad-group, ad, asset, setting, and policy-status data; and reporting data such as cost, clicks, and impressions. We also process the business, website, market, and approval details needed to create and manage the account correctly.
How We Use the Data
We use the data to review the service request, create the advertiser's separate account, prepare the initial campaign in a paused state for review, validate and create its components, activate the approved plan through a separate operation, read Google status, and produce cost, click, and impression reports. The service is pre-launch, and provider-side stopping must be implemented and verified before the first production activation.
Google API Limited Use
Naseeh’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
No Sale, Ad Targeting, or Generalized Model Training
We do not sell Google Ads data. We do not use or transfer it to build audiences, retarget people, or serve ads for Naseeh or for a third party other than the advertiser whose campaign the data concerns. We do not use Google API data to train a generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning model.
Storage and Security
We store account, campaign, report, invoice, request, approval, and audit data needed for the service. We protect manager-account authorization material and tokens with encryption, key-management services, and access controls, use short-lived access tokens for API calls, and do not expose Google credentials or tokens in browser views.
Sharing and Human Access
We share only what is needed with Google to provide the service, with necessary hosting, storage, and security processors, and with authorized administrators of the advertiser's business. Authorized Naseeh agency personnel may access Google Ads data as needed to review and manage campaigns, prepare reports, provide support, protect security, and meet legal duties. Human access is role-restricted and logged.
Retention and Service Offboarding
We retain data while providing the service and as needed for billing, reporting, security, audit, legal duties, and dispute resolution. When offboarding is requested, we record the request and handle the account under a documented procedure and Google and legal requirements. Production activation will not begin until provider stopping and offboarding have been implemented and verified. Invoice, approval, and audit records may remain for required legal periods.
Your Choices and Contact
You may choose not to request the service, submit a stop or offboarding request, request the Google Ads customer ID, or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides it.
