ترتيب الوثائق والإصدارات
تسري اتفاقية موقعة أو طلب شراء موقّع أولاً، ثم الشروط التجارية أو شروط المستهلك بحسب نوع الحساب، ثم السياسات المدمجة فيها. عند التعارض تسري الوثيقة الأكثر تخصيصاً. يظهر رقم الإصدار وتاريخ السريان على كل وثيقة، وتتوفر النسخة السابقة من شروط المستهلك والخصوصية عبر ?version=2026-07-27.1.

Consumer Terms

Usage Policy

Supported Regions and Export Controls

Data Processing Addendum
The DPA provides baseline terms when Naseeh processes personal data for a commercial customer and the DPA is expressly incorporated into a binding agreement. The page alone creates no standalone engagement. Path: /data-processing-addendum.
Order of Documents and Versions
A signed agreement or signed order form controls first, then the Commercial or Consumer Terms based on account type, then incorporated policies. The more specific document controls a conflict. Each document shows its version and effective date. The prior Consumer Terms and Privacy version is available with ?version=2026-07-27.1.
