What to include in your request

A request that carries these details is usually settled in one reply instead of three.

  • The email address on your Naseeh account, and your workspace name if you work inside a firm.
  • Where it happened: the page or feature, and — for a research or citation problem — the jurisdiction and the document you were reading.
  • What you expected, what happened instead, and the date and time it happened, with your timezone.
  • The reference number from your earlier request if this is a follow-up, so the history stays on one thread.
  • For a billing question: the plan, the invoice or transaction date, and whether you subscribed on the web, the App Store, or Google Play.

Never send passwords, card numbers, or privileged client documents. Support never asks for them and does not need them to investigate.

Requests received inside those hours get a first reply within one business day. Anything sent overnight, on Friday or Saturday, or on a public holiday is answered on the next business day.

Every request sent from this page returns a reference number. Keep it — quoting it is what attaches your follow-up to the original request instead of opening a second one.

If a product problem is blocking a filing or threatens a procedural deadline, say so in the first line of the request: it changes how the request is triaged.
